V2STech Solutions started in 2012 with a simple belief: SaaS founders deserve a tech partner who thinks like a founder, not a vendor. We've spent over a decade proving that belief by helping 50+ SaaS companies build products that don't just launch - they scale, win awards, and get acquired.
Our journey began in Mumbai, India, building SaaS products for UK-based startups. We quickly learned that founders don't need more code - they need someone who understands their business model, their customers, and their path to acquisition. That's why we don't work like a typical agency. We partner with founders as if their success is our success - because it is.
Today, we're expanding into the USA, India and global markets bringing our UK-proven approach to SaaS founders. We're not just building software. We're building businesses.
The Turning Point
In 2014, we started working with Fissara (mobile management software company) in UK and built 5+ products over 7+ years. It got acquired by McAuliffe Group, a UK-based bulk haulage and remediation contractor in 2023.
In 2018, we helped QFix (a payment platform) scale from a startup to being acquired by Pinelabs, one of India's unicorns. That same year, Carebeans—a healthcare SaaS we built from scratch—scaled from managing care homes to a successful acquisition by QCS. These weren't flukes. They were proof that our founder-to-founder approach works.
Since then, we've helped RippleHire win NASSCOM Emerge50, Pathlock serve 100+ Fortune 500 companies, and dozens of other SaaS founders build products that investors and acquirers take seriously.
